Early watch client

Dear guru's

I need to know in which situation , we will use Early watch client 066.And what is the porpose of that client................give mea scenario................please and one more thing why we need 001 client.......What we do with 001 client ?

client 001 is used to build your real productive client. it can be considered as a template.

client 066 is only used by SAP to run earlyWatch sessions. you still need to secure this client's SAP* and DDIC users.
