Dear Experts

One my client requirement is doing Vendor Evaluation like below :

100 % for Quality

100% for Delivery and Sub criteria is

90 % Excelent

70 % Good

Above 40 % Improve

and below 40 is poor

in this case., total is 100 % only and they r not ready to Qualty and quantitites. they need 100 % Quality and100 % Devivery...

In this case how to perform the Vendor Evaluation customisation .. please let me know

thanks for responce. in Vendor Evaluation . normally percentages will devided . like Quality 80% and Delivery 20%. but here this people need Quality 100% and Delivery 100%. is this possible...???

In delivery 100% means with in Period is 100%

after 2 weeks of Delivery date 60%

after 4 weeks of delivery 30 %

and after 7 weeks 0%

in same way in Quality also based on Quality Attibutes.

is this possible...?? if it is please let me know.. im working on vendor evaluation first time.

Hi,

This is not possible your total can not excced 100%

In the case of delivery you can povide with manual criteria and request

to fill up whatever % ge according to delivey receipt date

Main Criteria scores from equal or unequal weighting

Delivery ( 100%) Quality ( 100%) Price (100%)

Sub Criteria’s

On-Time Delivery (50%) GR Inspection (70%)

Quantity Reliability (30%) Shipping Instr. (20%) Audit(30%)

this Subcriteria score will calculate based on scoring methods.

1.manual

2.automatic

3.semi automatic

by these methods each Maincriteria will get 100% score

from these MainCriterias score U will Get Overall score of vendor.

it will calculate equal or unequal weighing factor
