hi friends

i have an requirement in condition record creation.Whenever price condition record is changed.This has to be approved and released by users.There are 3 user releasing in heirarchial order.(user A approves first then user B will approve and atlast user C approves and releases)

There is a release strategy in pricing but you need to invoke it when you are creating your condition tables. The release strategy is the part of condition tables. It is a tick button in the condition table setup which activates a release strategy for a particular condition table.

Once you have that activated, you can come into pricing customizing (SD->Basic Functions-> Pricing-> Define processing status) to create the available statuses and then these statuses can be choosen while maintaining VK11 entry.

The authorisation for VK11 can be defined by grouping the employees under responsibility groups (SD->Basic Functions-> Pricing-> Define responsibility for conditions) and then assigning these groups to individual employees.

As Prashant was correctly pointing out, pls try using Release procedures using various processing statuses. This is meant for the purpose you have requested.
