can any body tell me how many features are there in HR module
i mean i came across NUMKRS,ABRKS,NUAMP,TARRIF,LGSMT but i dont know abt time management i dont have any idea so can any one pls advice me

LEAVE:Rule to determine the leaving date
LDAYW:Determines the last day of the week
HRFIS:Recording atts./absences without clock times
GLIVE:Feature for the go-live date used in Abs. Eval.
GLOSS: Feature for the seniority (LOS) calculation used in Abs. Eval.

1) schkz--Default for work schedules
2)WRKHR--Default for Hours field for entry
3)WWEEK--Default for working week
4)TMSTA---Default for Time management Status.
5)VTART--Default for substutions
6)MASEX---Default for Materninity protection.
7)DFSEX---Default for Military service
8)QUOMO--Default for Quota genaration.
9)FMLMO--Validity for FMLA(Family medical leave Act) Rules for employees.
10)WWKMO--Validity of rules for determining week converter for employees.
These are main features in Time management,and eventhough u can find few more features,which effects on relevet and peculer situation,if u need deatailed info on features,plz send a mail to me,i would like to revet with good document.

There are many features available for HR.Best way is to have a look at the transaction code PE03 and F4 help.from the definition,you will come to know what exactly feature used for.
