1) Shopping cart is created by user.
2) This went for approval to approver.
3) Approver had rejected this shopping cart. But the text here shows
as “Your shopping cart was changed/rejected in part”. Our system doesn’t
allow for partial rejections.
4) After rejection, this workitem is moved to completed status and then
a new workitem is created for the same shopping cart.
5) But this workitem is created by approver and the approval workitem
is sent to the requestor.
6) Now the requestor is able to approve the workflow and the shopping
cart is approved by the requestor itself.
This is happening only in production environment. Can anyone help us in resolving this?
And this is happening in production environment which is in high risk.
Please help us in getting this resolved as soon as possible.
