HR Master resources in cProjects

Hi all,

We have the required settings in place by which the newly created HR Master resources get a Business Partner ID assigned and are therefore accessible in cProjects. However, as many as 500 resources, who were earlier entered in the HR Master do not have a corresponding BP ID and are therefore not accessible in cProjects - the HR to BP replication switch was not set on then!

How do we get them as BPs? I understand that HR_SYNC_PERSON does not help in this case...

Please suggest.

Do you get any errors when running the report HR_SYNC_PERSON?

Hi Vijay,

I don't get to see any error message, nor any message really. But this does not assign a BP ID to the resource. I fail to see any change in the resource data that this program brings.

And we've got to assign the BP ID to close to 500 resources who are already in the HR Master but do not have a BP ID as I mentioned.

Please set the following parameters in the transaction OO_CENTRAL_PERSON.

Activate HR Integration

Integraion O-BP Active

Ignore Business Partner Warnings

Number Assignment Business Partner (Org. Unit)

Employees Are Replicated from HR System

Integration Employee/BP Active

Number Assignment Business Partner (Employee)

Import Qualifications

Subgroup of Business Partner (Employee)

Integration Plan Version / Active Plan Version

Hi Vivek,

I am also facing the same problem of BP not getting created from HR using HR_SYNC_PERSON.

HR Integration is activated in OO_CENTRAL_PERSON.

The other settings which you ahve mentioned are also available except: Integration Employee/BP Active. Could not find this group in OO_CENTRAL_PERSON.

Secondly,

is maintaining infotype 105 mandatory for transfering the HR master to BP using program HR_SYNC_PERSON?

Please help.

Its mandatory to give Address (infotype 006) for creation of BP. Please check.
