Hello all,
Does anyone know how a specific data view can be hidden in transaction /SAPAPO/SDP94?
We already have disabled the use of specific data views by using authorizations but still the list of the views is available in the left window section of the SDP94 (which is a bit irritating for some users and makes the list longer than necessary).
Is there any way how to hide specific views in general so that a user only sees those views of interest to him (without having to use the filter functionality himself)?
Regards,
Klemens
Dont think you can hide the view as such. However you should be able to create a pre-selected filter in the interactive planning shuffler side. The funnel shaped icon "Filter Data Views" does give you two options - All Views or User view. Use the latter. There is also an icon "Change Filter" that looks more like a book to define the exact list based on the users. It probably points to an ABAP program /sapapo/saplmsdp_sh
