No Data in DB02

Former Member

Hi,

I just discovered today morning that DB02 does not show any data in any of our systems. I did some research and came to the conclusion that I need the following

1. SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR needs to be running.

Answer: Yes, it is. It is running every hour without any issues

2. Sap note 553621 says "The data analyzed for transaction DB02is the same as the dataanalyzed for transaction ST07. You must therefore schedule the 'RUNSTATS and REORGCHK for all tables' action"

Answer: Im not sure how to do that. Any help would be great !

Is there anything else that I can do to resolve this ? I will keep looking in the meantime.

Thanks.

Think that might help. Let me take a look. Will definitely reward point if it solves the issue.

Have you scheduled all the Standard Jobs in SM36? The performance monitor background processes are generally scheduled from there.

Yes. I can see completed jobs. Here is the list of jobs that show completed

SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP

SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR

SAP_REORG_ABAPDUMPS

SAP_REORG_BATCHINPUT

SAP_REORG_JOBS

SAP_REORG_SPOOL

Each one of these has 3 statuses. Completed, cancelled and released which means that they should be running periodically
