Hi,
We are not able to get the activity details created by an employee from CRM to Mobile. We have assigned proper Subcription with filter value. but still this data inis not coming to Mobile client. When i try to change the activity in CRM server it says "Document is being distributed - changes are not possible".We do not know why we are not able to change this. Please help.

Hi,
after creating those activities did you check the following:
- R&R is running properly (Tx smohqueue)
- out queues for the particular clients were filled with data belonging to ACTIVITY_OBJECT
- lookup table for activities is filled accordingly: check se16 for table /ACTRRL and filter on activity guid sfavbka and accordant site ID
