Unlimited delivery.

Hi,

How can I set "Unlimited" by default in view delivery (from SU01) so that I don't have to put the tick manually in that field?

make the filed check in the inforecord so it will defulat always in the PO

and to avoid the user to remove, make this field is dispaly in the PO via field selection of ME21N and ME22N.

Define your setting in Purchase value keys in the customising for unlimited delivery .

Then in the material master use the specified Purchse value key in the purchsing views.

The unlimited delivery maintained in the material master will copy to the info record if maintained and the same will copy to the P.O.

Note: Info record take precidence over material master.

In the img setting ,following

ImG...>MM...>Purchasing....>Purchase order.....>Defn set screen layout at document level..

Select ME21N and then click on GR/IR control and there u can find the "Unlimited overdelivery"

If you go by SU01, it is user specific, Why dun you choose the field selection for PO/ME21N.
