Query on Generating Excel files with XSLT

Hi All,

I was trying to create Excel files using XSLT.

I followed Mike's Blog https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/2803. [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken]

The Excel file was getting generated. But the problem was, all the rows from the input file has got populated in a single cell itself.

But my requirement is to populate them in different rows and columns. i.e First row, first field should go to first row, first cell and so on..

Please guide me.

Thanks,

Jo.

Rename the file extension to CSV rather than XLS.

Thanks for your prompt reply VJ. But the file is a fixed length file not a CSV file and I need the corresponding columns in the different cells not on a single cell.

Thanks,

Joe.
