Form Activation Error

Hello Friends,

I am working on PDF based print form. When i check for errors, i get the message "No syntax errors found". But when i try to activate the form, i get the message "<b>Error during activation</b>" - <b>Message no. EU837</b>

Please suggest how to rectify this error.
