how install the dialog inatance ,and how set the load balencing.

presently

database,app,dialog instace using the sigle server ,

our target is install the dialog instance in another server

for better performance of the server

when i am installing dialog instance the another server folloing error find out

look in application/system event logs - there should be some information.

it looks very much he is doing a Client Server installation using local users.

You need to use DOMAIN users (as described in the installation guide) to grant your dialog instance access to the common directory structure of the central instance.

Check the installation guide, the procedure is described there how to install an additional dialog instance.
