Hi

We are using 4.7

We want to start vendor audits (monthly 2)

How to record all these vendor audits in SAP QM

Pls explain in detail

Hi Vidya,

Activate inspection type 07 - Audit inspection for a Vendor in the Material master QM view. Create inspection plan(QP01) with usage-71 if necessary to resord results for the characteristics. And create inspection lot through T.code QA01, by giving material, vendoe, Plant, Inspection lot origin. Goto QA32 and select the inspection lot created. Do Results recording and take usage decision in the same screen.
