REASON FOR REJECTION TAB IN CRM

Hi

We are creating return order in CRM 5.0 and replicating it to ECC 5.0.

I am not getting RESON OF REJECTION tab and its fields in crm return order as compared to return order of R/3.

Any suggestions do I need to create tab and field or any solutions....

In ECC it is mandatory to enter reason of rejection.

Hi

Nitin you take the same Customer NO ,which is used in Sales Order and maintain Service Orders becuase Returns comes under Services, and using EEWB Fields you Add the tab ''REASON FOR REJECTION'' Service Orders of the Same Customer or BP
