Hi
1. I have craeted a Shedule agreement ( Doc type LP ) - ME31L
2. Created the Shedule line - ME38
3. Not able to create the SA Release - ME84
What can be the reason?

you have to choose the doc type LPA for SA.

Lat me explain the issue once more.
I have maintained the Shedule lines( ME38) and have created the shedule lines(ME84).
After that I am not able to create the GR. Ths is the issue.
check have u maintained following steps
1)Create SA using ME31L
2. Release it if subjected to release strategy ME35L.
3. maintain schedule lines through ME38.
4. create schedule line release ME84.

Maintain your message(print/fax/mail) type in the delivery schedule line.I think your problem is due to this.If not,maintain this.for future you maintain condition record for your messages.

if strategy is present then c if the document type characteristic in the class created does contain he document type for scheduling aggrement?

There is no Release Strategy.
IF THERE IS NO RELEASE STRATEGY THEN U SHOULDNOT EXPECT THAT UR AGGREMENT WILL GO FOR A RELEASE.
U HAVE TO DEFINE CHARACTERISTIC THRU TCODE CT04
DEFINE CLASS THRU CL02
DEFINE RELEASE GROUP,CODE,INDICATOR,STRATEGIES THRU SPRO
ASSIGN OBJECT WITH STRATEGY THRU T CODE CL20N.

I have to generate the SA Release Order. Its not releasing the document.
If there is no release strategy in place then you cannot be any release done, you can straight away do GR as per the delivery schedule.
