How to create views of a query which are restricted to different values of a hierarchy and insert them in workbook?

After executing a query restrict it according to different values to obtain the required view. Then you have an option to save it as views under the save options (if executed from Bex Analyser). Now in the workbook you can insert the newly saved views by going to BusinessExplorer menu -> open saved views.
