SXI_CACHE Cache Error

Dear All

If I go to SXI_CACHE ,There Cache of XI Runtime in Red and Under Receiver Determination,Interface Determination,Sender Agreement,Receiver Agreement,Communication Channels, I Didnot Find anr Entries which I have created in IR and ID.

Please give us solution.

MS,

One more thing you have to use the user XIDIRUSER while executing CPA Cache refresh.

and then check few things by using the below URL;

http://<server>:50000/dir/hmi_cache_refresh_service/ext?method=CacheRefresh&mode=F&consumer=af.xid.<... with XIAFUSER.

If you are getting an unauthorized error, make sure your XIAFUSER is not locked and all the relevant roles are assigned to it.

Also make sure that the role SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER is assigned to component sap.com/com.sap.ci.directory*dir (Server>Services>Security Provider-->Components) role configure.

Hi

Use the transaction SXI_CACHE goto menu bar and "START Complete Cache Refresh in Background" and "Delta Cache Refresh".

Alos check that weahter the RWB cache monitoring is the AE in yellow color.

Do CPA cache full refresh and then try SXI_CACHE.

http://<srver>:50000/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

Try this

1.Goto integration builder and goto "Tools" -->Cache notifications.

If you see anything in red try to refresh the cache for that item.

2. Also in SXI_CACHE txn goto menu bar and "START Complete Cache Refresh in Background" and "Delta Cache Refresh".

this should take care of this.

CPA Cache: Have you defined a user for this? there should be xidiruser to do this.

go to the IR and ID there run the cache also check if it is throwing any error there.....also in the RWB cache monitoring is the AE in yellow color?

run the CPA Cache full it should work........if it is red color in ir and id let us know wht's the error message ther....

by doing CPA cache it should work.
