[sap qm] corrective action, status of action in quality notification

Gud day QM Experts!

In quality notifications, I would like to ask where can i put the long texts for

1) corrective action

2) status of action and performance

I would just like to ask where these are usually entered. Thank you very much.

Hi,

Corrective action can be written in Tasks and activities. When ever you are saving notification then notification status is also changes

Hello Heinrick,

Use the transaction QCC2

-> Notification Processing

-> Response Control

-> Define Response Monitoring

Here you can add standard tasks for a notification which can be found in the menue Edit -> Tasks -> determine or by pressing Ctrl + F6

The longtext is usually edited in QS41 or QS51 with the task or action code.

If you are using a user status this can also be found under the customizing point Define Status Profile
