Hi
I have created input help using OVS. But the ui elements in the value help window is not good. Is there any way to change the UI in OVS value help window? Is there any other ways to achieve better ui for value help?

There is no API exposed for playing with UI elements in the ovs value help window.
If you find some road blockin in your project, because of this then you can directly talk to netweaver through your architect.
