I cannot get past the logon screen of NWA/portal/etc. The following error is in the DefaultTrace.trc file:

Text: Source: com.sap.engine.frame.core.configuration.NameNotFoundException: A file entry with the name "SAPLogonTicketKeypair" cannot be found in the configuration "keystore/TicketKeystore/entries".; Description: EntriesStorage - readEntry(SAPLogonTicketKeypair) in configuration [keystore/TicketKeystore/entries] failed with unexpected exception; Consequences: ; Countermeasures:check log for details

I have recreated the SAPLogonTicketKeypair, but still the same error.

Has anyone seen this before?

Never mind - I fixed it.

Re-created the ticket - this time removed all the detail from the ticket such as country, location, etc. Only specified the CN.
