I'm missing my service called OracleBS1920TNSListener for my BS1 system. Any ideas on how to get it back as a service without installing Oracle again?
what do you mean you are missing your listener? Did you try to start it again? Do you have the network configuration files under $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin like listener.ora? If not, you can create the oracle net configurations files on Windows with Oracle Net Configuration Assistant . On UNIX, the program netca can be used to start the Oracle Net Configuration Assistant.
see please following SAP Notes:
562403 - FAQ: Oracle Net
445769 - Net8 configuration with the Net8 configuration assistant
