Some product categories are not displayed in the display list

Hello,

I have some product categories that are not displayed in the display list on the browser side. But these product categories are available under transaction comm_hierarchy.

Could you tell me how to make these product categories displayed.

Is the requestor authorized for the product categories , please check for the requestor in the transaction PPOSA_BBP , under the extended attributes tab ,

User will be allowed only to shop for the product categories for which he is authorized

Hi Lina,

Just check in the Extended Attributes of the P.Group / User whether the required Product categories were maintained in the " Product categories" tab and Also in the "Responsibility" tab of the P.Group the entries for the concerned Product categories.

Let us know the outcome after checking / making these modifications.

Hi Lina,

Have you implemented some BADI to restrict the number of product categories ?

Run the function module BBP_GET_ALL_CATEGORIES_F4 by SE37 and see the number of product categories in system and match it with number of product

categories in the system.

BADI BBP_F4_READ_ON_EXIT or BBP_F4_READ_ON_ENTRY is used to restrict the entries.
