overdelivery during STO

our client opperates in canada and us. during replenishment process in us plant, they raise the STO to get material from Canada plant. the problem is while the STO is raised for some qty, delivery was done by the canada by more or over quanty than the STO or PO quantity.

for eg during last transfer, STO or PO quantiy is 400 but canda plant shipped 8800 units.

can you please help me solve this issue.

Please go to the delivery Item Category and Check for Over delivery with B

The item category setting to control over delivery does not work for STOs ( version 4.7) If that is the case, then better to contact SAP
