How do I create the OSS RFC connection in Solution Manager?

From within SNOTE I'm getting the error "Function module "BHREM_SAPNOTE_RFC_GET" not found."

Any suggestions?

i am trying to configure rfc in my solution manager 4.0 sp12 system i am logging with 000 User id: OSS_RFC Pwd: CPIC.

system saying tha no user cpic what is the problem how can i configure SAProuter i have configured in solman system
