Hi all,

Please have a look at dev_disp file contains:

• ERROR => DpSysAdmExtCreate: ShmCreate (CREATE) [dpxxtool2.c 516]

• ERROR => dispatcher already running ???? [dpxxtool2.c 517]

• ERROR => I better EXIT before I do any (more) damage [dpxxtool2.c 518]

since you are working on unix, you can also consider the use of our cleanipc tool (note #17108).

check which process are already up. perhaps the last shutdown failed.

so, try killing runaway processes.

if unsure, reboot the server and try again.
