Marking selected rows as read only in a dynamic table

Dear SDN Community,

I need to display an Adobe form to the user for inputing the line items data pre populated with his products. I need to mark some of the line items read only as for certain products he can order only with quantity 1. Can you please tell me in a table, how I can marks certain records as read only. Appreciate any script snippet to achieve the same.
