Surcharges configurations???

Hello Experts!

Someone can help me with the surcharges configurations?

One example of what I need:

1.Capacity of the Activity Type XXXXX: 100.000 hours /year

2.Price of the Activity Type XXXXX : 10€/hour

3.Maintenance costs of the machines (Activity Type XXXXX 😞 500.000€/year

I want to impute 5€ (500.000€/ 100.000 hours), every hour that the machines (Activity Type XXXXX ) are working.

So, in every cost standard materials and every production orders, I need that the system, with a automatic form imputes the correct value (1 hour of Activity Type XXXXX = 5€ of maintenance costs)

Hi Mary,

first you know that in your cost center you are going to incurr only 500

and total planned capacity is 100 Hr.

Then you manitanence cost activity type should be 5€ then why u require 10€ .

If you charge at 10 € then obivious you will be getting the postive variance variance in cost center

I think that I was not clear enough.

10€ is the hour tax for my activity (resulting only from the depreciation of the machines and the planned capacity).

However, I have planned maintenance costs, that they are 500.000€/year (they don’t include in my tax). In every hour that the machines works, I want impute a overhead cost of 5€ (500.000€/ 100.000 hours). How many more hours the machine works, higher will be my maintenance costs (real costs)

Could you help me?
