Why the system is not able to copy Sales office and Sales group from quotation to sales order?

chek the copy control at the header level. may be u have maintained some requirement.

I have checked the copy control the field VKGRP and VKBUR are not defined in the coding. The Important part is when i test in my system (ECC 5.0) the data is copied but my client system(ECC 5.0) the field is not being copied.
How to identified the error.
