You have to look into SAP Notes – 804124, 807000 .

Please restart the java stack and follwing services

com.sapii.af.app

com.sapii.cpa.af.app.

Also check the service pack levels on your XI. If it is obsolete upgrade it with latest version

Update the cache by using tcode <b>SXI_CACHE</b>. Do full cache refresh. And then check.
