Setup SM 4.0 to allow me to approve support packs/stacks for download

I need a doc or a procedure to setup Solution Manager for approving support packs/stacks for download. I havn't had much luck finding a good one.

Have you configured Maintenance Optimizer , if not use the following link to see the documentation for configuring MOPZ
