Problem with mail sending to bidder when bid is accepted
Running ESC 5.0
I have a problem with the mail that should go to the bidder when a bid is accepted/rejected. No mail is sent.
Looking at documentation around this,
it says that provided that the customizing settings are ok, this mail should go automatically.
In the prerequisites for this the following is stated
3. Define recipient of notifications
Here you define who receives a notification in the scenario Accept Bid in the event of an approval or rejection of the bid.
But when I go to cutomizing:
Supplier Relationship Management - SRM Server - Cross-Application Basic Settings - SAP Business Workflow - Define Recipient of Notifications.
I do not have the business scenario "Accept Bid" in my dropdown.
Could this be the reason for my missing mails, and if so, how can I get "accept Bid" in there?
