error in plan driven scenario

Hi gurus,

I'm working on plan driven scenario on SRM 5.0 with back end system SAP ECC 6.0.

Transfering Purchasing requisition from ECC to SRM goes ibn error.

Error message on ECC outobund qRFC log is <i>"Application aborted due to serious problems"</i>

Instead error message on SRM inbound qRFC log is <u>"No account assignment exists. Enter an account assignment"</u>.

My PR has "K" as account assignment.

Hi Marco,

The issue looks to be the one with Account Assignment of the P.R.

Yes you have chosen "K" as account assignment category which is a Cost Center. You have to maintain the Cost center and the G/L account number in the Account Assignment data of the P.R.

Also you get the same error if the "Accounting View" is not maintained for the material in the material master record.

Also check in RZ20 & SLG1 in the SRM side for clear error definition.

Hi,

I see log on SRM by SLG1.

This is the error:

<b><i>No account assignment exists. Enter an account assignment

Message no. BBP_PD008</i></b>

I hope someone had the same problem and solved it.

Hi Marco,

See the item level Accounting data,GL Account and cost centre details must be missing from Requisition line item.If it is service PR ,then look at item level in service data for accouting details on service line.
