what do you mean with an ABAP query? Do you mean a BI query? Or a SQL query?
BI queries can be used as a data service in VC if you have defined your system connection (for this you can check one of my weblogs on SDN).

It means SAP query in R/3. Is it possible? If it is possible how can i do it?

As I know, you can access queries from BI. Maybe you can access the R/3 queries via service. But I've never tried it. If you have access, could you add this information to the wiki.
