Require F4 help for Business area in Shopping Cart

Dear SRM Gurus,

We are using SRM 5.0 Extended classic scenario. There is a requirement from the user that they require F4(find) help for Business area field in Cost Assignment in Item details of Shopping Cart.

For this i have created a search help and assigned it to the data element now i am able to see the F4 help when i am logging in SRM through SAP GUI. But i am not able to see the F4(find) help for the business area field when i am logging in SRM through ITS(web based).

Can anyone help me the procedure for getting the F4 help for business area field in ITS.

<b>Please ensure that you have to attach the search help to the (New Z append structure created under INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_SC using SE11 transaction).</b>

<u>Refer SAP OSS Notes 672960 and 458591 for more details on Customer fields.</u>
