Real time collaboration – application sharing

Hi,

I have enabled the real time collaboration functionality in the portal, and the instant messaging functionality is working fine, but when I select the application sharing I get a white popup window that’s get closed immediately.

<b>Anyone that know why I can get my application sharing to work?</b>

Iam running NWs with SPS level 10

I have updated the application sharing functionality

SecureMode 1

ServerName <name of server>

Have you configured the Browsers to Accept the RTC ActiveX Control.

I have configured the browsers to accept activx controlls.

I have check the page:

And have noticed that I'm missing:

-ExpBaseNegotiator

-ExpApplSelect

-ExpApplShareX

Is there any other ways to download and install this activeX controlls ?

Hi,

If you have enabled the browser to prompt for activex and if you try to access application sharing, you will be prompted to allow the download of these files.

These files will be downloaded from the server, if the explorer settings are ok.
