Dear Friends

Overtime Calculation is

Normal overtime 1.25 times of Basic Salary

Special Overtime 1.50 times of basic salary.

Eg:

Basic Salary: Rs 3000

Overtime:

(3000/30 days/8 hours) x number of overtime hours (4) x 1.25=62.5 (overtime amount)

So the users will be giving just 4 hours in the system and this overtime amount should be reflected in payroll.

Can I work on employee remuneration info

We are not using time evaluation and we are following negative time recording.

What are the steps to be taken care while during this configuration.

Hi,

Have you created any WT for overtime ?

r u using it 2010 for the ovetime or It 0015 or 0267 ?

there are two ways for that...

1. Direct update amount in Amount filed in IT with user exist if you will enter Overtime hours in number field.

2. Overtime calculation during payroll run for that you need to write PCR.
