Question regarding Measuring Point and Counter in Plant Maintenance

Dear Gurus,

I have a Problem,

I want to maintain counter based maintenance point for a Fuel Tank.

It has a Capacity of 50000 liters .I have to maintain readings in such a way that it has to take reading from 50000 liters and go in backward direction like 49000,45000,and so on upto certain reading say 2300liters.After this the tank is filled to 45000 liters say.now i have to record this reading.

How to do this

Please help me

you can create an measuring point as backwards and specify the counter reading as 50000( for example)
