While doing PGI of outbound delivery all 8061101835 system
is creating doc PGI NO 4900179173 in this doc ref value coming/
calculating from where?

Cost always comes from Material Master .
If u check the accounting tab in material master u will find moving average price and Standard price .
If u check the value in cost value from from here .
