ST-ICO 150_700: patch 0010 Issues

Hi,

I try to update the following component of the Solution Manager; however, SPAM throws the following error stating that:

R3trans does not have the correct version to import the OCS queue

Minimum version of tp: 0 (in system: 370.00.01)

Version of R3trans from: 11.06.2007 (in system: 20.02.2006)

My question: how to update these tp and r3trans tools? Looks like not through SPAM or SAINT. Right?

SPAM is already patched to the latest level 24.

Hi Janek,

The R3trans and tp are located in the same directory where the kernel is located. These are executable files. To apply these you need to copy&paste them into the kernel directory where they are located. This is in windows based environment. Then you need to stop & start SAP to get the new version active. It is the same with Unix that you transfer the new version in Operating System environment. Then stop&start SAP.
