Logon page appears for SSO enabled portal !

Dear friends,

Our portal is enabled to SSO-Kerboras with MS Active Directory using LDAP Server. Also SSO configured with ITS which talk to SRM, R/3 and BIW.

The issue is for some users the logon page appears at Portal itself or when they access the ITS link.

We asked the user to clear the cache, enable auto-athentication at browser settings, etc.

But nothing is affecting.

Where could I debug the error cause, how can I rectify it.

I had once seen this ... and finally found out that it was because of Yahoo Toolbars(strange!!!)...for some unknown reason Yahoo Toolbars affects the SSO...please make sure that this is not the thing in ur case Please uninstall Yahoo Toolbars on the machines of the users who are having this problem..

No, as per the user's screen shot there is no such toolbars enabled in the browser.

Even I faced the problem, but if I refresh it does auto-login.

Any hope?
