Hi All,

In RWB component monitoring-in integration server for integration and Business process engines it is giving error message JCo request failed .

what could be the problem and what is the solution.

Hi

Check the follwing conditions:

1)Might be the Jco Service is down go to Visual Admin and check for the same

2)Check the following connections in SM59

AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER, AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER, LCRSAPRFC, SAPSLDAPI

3)If this is working please restart the server as this will clear queue and cache and this should solve the problem.

Have you configured JCO
