Hi Bhavani,
I think, the version you are using is not supported BY SAP Anymore.
Pelase check the latest in the SAP Market place.

Hi Bhavani,
Tyr giving I.P address instead of hostname.
Also,in the etc/hosts file in the system, from where you are loggin, enter the I.P and Hostname of the r/3 server.

Hi Bhavani,
1. After installation, how did you login?
Since you have installed this using the CD given in the book, this will be trail version.
2. Did you create any client apart from 000,001 and 066.
reply back with details.

Hai Vikas,
I am not able to login at all. I am having problem while Setting Up SAP Logon and calling the GUI.
After starting SAPLogon i have chosen NEW and the properties as followed
Description : MBS
Application Server: HOSTNAME (My computer name)
SAP Router String :
SAP System : R/3
System Number : 00
After creating i am trying to logon on to the SAP System.
the GUI is not coming and in the SAP MBS i am getting the error " WORK PROCESS DIED => ThSighandle : signaldp ctrl - C enabled " is coming and asking if i want to reconnect to the SAP GUI.
so i am not able to get SAP GUI itself.
please help me with this
Regards
Bhavani K
