Copy Standard SAP Print Program

Dear everyone,

Do anyone can give some guide on coping the standard SAP print program - RVADDN01.

Go to SE38

Enter RVADDN01

Then Click on 'Copy'button

Enter target pgm name 'RVADDN01' click copy button

Check all check boxes Documentation, Variants, User Interface

Screens, Includes, CLick copy button

Then Check all check boxes for include pgms

then enter target zprogram names

RVADDN01_DG --> zRVADDN01_DG

RVADDN01_OI --> ZRVADDN01_OI

RVADOPFO ---> ZRVADOPFO

RVADTABL -

---

>ZRVADTABL

then copy...

Then Activate all pgms form SE38 intial screen...

Hi sudhakar,

Do you try the same?? When you go into the SE80, the include program list should be the same.

If you want make changes to Include pgms then do as I said above... If you not willing to make any changes then DO NOT check boxes while copying inlcudes

..leave it as it is..then click on copy...

Hi Kit,

You need to activate each & every copied include.

Once done activate the main program.

Please do cross check whether the names referred in programs are the Z names & not the standard ones.

eg,

INCLUDE ZDATA_TOP instead of

INCLUDE DATA_TOP.

You can get print programs by checking with table TNAPR.

enter the program name in the SE38 editor

click on copy button

then it will ask you for the new name

when ever you click on the copy transfer buton

then it will raise a pop and saying that what ever you want from the program like

1) INCLUDES

2)SCREENS

3)USER INTERFACES

4)VARIANTS

5) DOCUMANTATION

ETC..

The problem is the include programs were not copied.

Hi Kit,

If you have to make changes in the include programs also, after copying RVADDN01 check checkbox of INCLUDES while copying otherwise do not check it.

Includes will be copied as the standard include in your ZRVADDN01.

If you are checking INCLUDES enter ZRVADTABL for RVADTABL likewise for all the includes in which you have to make changes.

I have checked the includes option and renamed it. But, the changes does not reflect. I also changed those include program name but there are some errors.

did u rename include programs with some name starting with 'Z' ????
