Solution Manager 3.2

Hi Friends

Anybody using Solution Manager 3.2? If so I had few doubts in it. Transaction code is CRM_DNO_MONITOR. Can anyone tell me what is the use of "Mine, My Department's, My colleagues, My Team(s)" in the Business partner tab. What happens If I Tick mark that?

Can anyone explain please.

Dear Fr,

Crm_dno_monitor is tcode used for generating reports or for e.g you have configured service desk functionality of solution manager.

Than in that case this tcode will be used for generating a list of all tickets posted on solution manager system via various different system(like BW,R/3 etc) with status and who created etc .

Secondly mine,my department are the option given for business partner selection if you select mine that whatever ticket has ur name wil appear in the list.similarly for other option like dept etc
