Hi!
I transported few requests from client 300 to client 200 using transaction scc1.
Now, i want to transport them to another client from 200. But when i try to release those requests the systems prompts "Request <#> (300) belongs to a different client".
I tried changing the source by double clicking the request, but I'm unable to do so.
Can u please suggest any way of changing the source client of these requests ?
Thanks!!
Regards,
Muzammil.
Hi,
If anyone is still interested that information is stored in table E070C.
Before you ask "why would want to change the source client in that way" just imagine someone creating a TR in client 000 to which you do not have access and you must release it.

There is no way of changing the source client of a Request whose status is not in 'Modifiale' status. The source client can be changed only if it is in Modifiable Status.
I would say try this.Make a transport of copy in 200 and then include the objects from the original request and then transport this new TOC.
