Commitments issue

Hi,

I have a project with WBS elements & Activities.I placed some commitments against some activities.then i delete some activities and use some other activities,but the report is also showing the commitments of deleted activities,can u pls advice.

Dear Firdosi

U may have to subsequently reverse the commitments made. If the commitment is due to PR, delete the PR in ME52N, and if its PO commitment delete the PO in ME22N. And also reconstruct the PS info Database using CJEN.

please run reports RKANBU01 and ZKAOIDE0 for the affected object.

Muzamil,

Could you tell how you placed the commitment agaist the activities. Is it through a PR? If so have you converted it to a PO? If so check the status of the PR and PO to see if they are still open.
