Travel Management - Time

Hi all,

I have a doubt, is there any integration between Travel Management & time managment in SAP-HR.

eg. If a person has planned a trip from 10.10.2007 - 15.10.2007, then his infotype attendances gets created.

SAP-HR does have such type of feature for Training & time integration.

Request to clarify my doubt.

Hi SB,

Sorry for the late reply. The answer is unfortunately "No". We have the same requirements. We enhance the workflow such that upon approval of travel request, a method is triggered to update Time Management. However, complexity may arise when trying to sync. the 2 sources. You may need to work out the processes or enforce some policy to overcome the need to develop a very complex program (eg no change can be made once travel request is approved, user must cancel and reapply, cancellation etc should be initiated from Travel Request only etc.).
