Unable to get EWA Task after Refresh Sessions in SDCCN in Satellite system

Hello,

Please help with this.

I am unable to get the EarlyWatch Alert Task after Refresh Sessions in SDCCN in case of Satellite system. I have checked the profiles in Solman, they are all present. The SAPOSS connection as well as the BACK RFC connection is working fine I deactivated and reactivated Task Processor, but even that didn’t help.

Please advice.

Check if connection from SDCCN to oss is corrupt. Can happen if SDCCN is not correctly initialized.

Also check if ST/A-PI is applied.

Hi Keyur,

I had the same issue before. All you need to do is, go to SMSY transaction. Then go the Menu bar Environment and in the drop down menu select Solution Manager Operations and then Administration SDCCN. You will need to reactive the SDCCN for your satellite system.

Double check that the RFC connections are fine and the logons work.

Once if you can jump from transaction dswp (solution_manager) transction EWA to the satellite system, SDCCN should be active. Then you need to reschedule the Maintenance Package.
