At the sales document creation (VA01 screen) it gives out an incomletion log warning on "Order reason" (as missing data). After pushing the "Complete Data" button, the system takes the cursor to the "Order quantity" field (although the field to be filled is "Order reason"). What are the customization steps to take the cursor to the right field (after pushing the "Complete Data" button)?

Order Management has an inbuilt procedure for Incompletion requirements -
For example, if you require that the Inco terms needs to be mandatory for all Orders, you can set this up in Customization - result - if an order is created withoout an Inco term, Incompletion procedure will not allow further processing untl this is done.
To assist the Users, open the sales order - Go to Edit- Incompletion Log - the ssytem will automatically identify all items coming under this and will provide the screens for completing this. Hope this should answer your query
